Basic Lymphatics at Home - Zoom (Apr 03, 2020)
Learn about your Lymphatic system, then learn how to work on and with your system at home. Keep it tip top to function for immune and general health.
Parners and Family Massage - ZOOM (Apr 08, 2020)
Learn to do basic massage at home. I will help you learn basic pressure and skills to work on the ones you love.. You don't need anything special, just you an a partner and your computer or phone. Add a little massage to your Stay-Cation.
Self Care at Home - Zoom (Apr 06, 2020 thru Apr 17, 2020)
3 sessions a week for a half hour of self care from home. This is a time of reflection and new habits. Add some self care while you have the time. Every 2 weeks renew as needed. Times may change after initial 2 weeks.
Clients are required to attend all sessions.
